How will technical support and contact with Nubily be?
Nubily online is a company established in the cloud. This makes us more productive and effective. We eliminate certain day-to-day methodologies that are out of date and incompatible with productive efficiency. We do not have meetings with clients or attend a traditional telephone line. All communication with customers is established from the platform itself. It is possible to enter a support ticket indicating an incident, doubt or suggestion very quickly, in a simple way and without leaving the platform. Access is possible from any computer, tablet or Smartphone (iOS and Android). All these Tickets are attended by professionals and the user can know their status in real time. Free accounts do not have access to direct technical support, but you can write in an open forum that we attend regularly.
How will they pay me for my courses and subscriptions?
Nubily Online is integrated with different payment systems: PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer. Except for bank transfers, the payment methods have an instant notification, so the system will automatically know the status of payments. These direct payment methods have commissions that the bank or gateway establishes (Nubily does not put commissions on the sale of courses). The payment by bank transfer is slower, since it is necessary to check manually the user to made the payment to activate his course or subscription.
What is an active user?
It is the billing unit of our model in the cloud. An active user is a teacher, student or administrator who actually accesses the platform in the active month. In the management system you can create an unlimited number of users, only those who have actually made use of the training platform during the active period will be billed.
How can I pay my Nubily Online account?
If the account is paid (Premium or Corporate) you can make monthly payments through your credit card. For Corporate accounts, payments by bank transfer can also be made. However, transfer payments must be made in the active period (a delay of more than 30 days will automatically block the account, preventing access to the contents). The account can be canceled at any time.
